Seasonal Sales Associate (Store 4442)

About the role

The Seasonal Sales Associate supports the store team during peak sales days by providing excellent customer service, participating in store operations, and adhering to GameStop policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, and promoting additional items.
• Support the shopping environment by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and proper merchandising.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise, and assist in achieving sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly, and escalate issues to a store keyholder.
• Contribute to inventory control and loss prevention efforts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience is preferred.
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly and effectively.
• Outgoing personality and strong guest service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for at least 8 hours per day.
