About the Role

Our Sales Associates promote our culture, values, and mission. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, your primary responsibility is to share your love of fashion and create an amazing shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers to create an amazing shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing our selling strategy.
• Share product knowledge with customers to maximize sales.
• Build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Understand and cater to customers' personal style when offering fashion advice.
• Inspire customers with your product knowledge to meet their needs.
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks to maintain a clean, neat, and tidy store.
• Complete assigned job responsibilities such as floor sets, filling the floor, and ringing up customers.
• Remain positive and professional, fostering a great environment for customers and team members.
• Model our values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.

For paid holidays, associates who are eligible for paid vacation (MTO) receive eight paid holidays during the calendar year. All store hourly associates scheduled to work on a designated holiday will receive additional compensation.

Pay Range: USD $16.00/Hr - USD $20.00/Hr.
