Seasonal Sales Associate, Part-Time - Vero Beach

About the role

A key member of our customer service team who will exude upbeat, contagious energy and create a memorable impact on customers through storytelling and authentic engagement. As a Sales Associate, you will be the expert in sustainable fashion, product knowledge, and personal style.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest warmly and create a memorable, high-touch boutique experience through genuine connection and brand storytelling.
• Learn product fabrications, fits, and features to offer confident outfit recommendations and personalized styling suggestions.
• Maintain omnichannel awareness to provide a seamless customer experience between retail stores and ecommerce platforms.
• Utilize technology and apps effectively in your role.
• Communicate with purpose across a variety of platforms.
• Achieve personal sales and performance goals, consistently outpacing targets.
• Contribute to a brand with purpose and demonstrate advocacy through business practices.

Physical Requirements

• Available to work during business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to bend, reach, stretch for product, as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.
• Comfortable climbing ladders, moving around regularly, and standing for extended periods of time.
