Seasonal Sales Associate - Part Time - Highland Village, Houston, TX

About the role

Responsible for assisting the management team in driving sales through exceptional customer service. Ensures the customer experience, supports our brand promise (“Every Day Should Feel This Good”) and makes service a top priority.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales by meeting goals and measures, developing and maintaining relationships with top customers, and supporting in-store event sourcing and execution.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by reflecting the brand’s vision, leading email capture, and maintaining the customer wish list.
• Assist with training new associates and foster a welcoming, fun, and energetic environment for both crew and customers.
• Support recruiting and team-building activities alongside the management team.
• Maintain efficient merchandise controls, loss prevention awareness, and a clean store environment.
• Contribute to merchandising efforts, adhering to company standards, floorsets, and brand initiatives, and provide weekly product feedback.

• Excited to learn the product inside and out to offer style advice and assist customers.
• Outgoing, friendly, and personable with a positive attitude.
• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Passion for the vineyard vines brand.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and/or move around for extended periods of time.
• Reach, carry, bend, and occasionally climb ladders.
