We're seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate who is passionate about pop culture and ready to provide exceptional customer service. This role involves leading our brand’s mission of creating the best shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages repeat business.
• Ensure sales floor zones are up to visual standards.
• Work the register to process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Avoid misuse of spells and theft by working with Store Management.
• Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners.
• Support the maintenance of the store, keeping the stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Collaborate with teammates to get the job done.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience.
• Passion for philanthropy and pop culture.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively.
• At least 16 years old.
• Able to handle up to 50 pounds of merchandise.
