Our new Charlotte boutique will be opening at Green Hills and we are looking for Seasonal Retail Sales Associates. This is a part-time role, up to 19 hours per week, now through March. As a Seasonal Associate, you'll be the welcoming face of our boutique — greeting customers, offering complimentary coffee tastings, and building relationships. You will help customers discover their perfect coffee match and create unforgettable moments with Nespresso, with the potential to explore and find your future career with us.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and memorable experience for customers
• Elevate hospitality in the boutique providing exceptional customer experiences
• Share our mission and values in sustainability and recycling, contributing to positive change through the power of coffee
• Guide customers on their coffee journey by providing coffee tastings that deepen their appreciation for coffee
• Manage digital systems and point-of-sale software
• Maintain a beautiful boutique environment with a safety-first mindset
• Collaborate with teammates for a cohesive work environment

Qualifications

• Passion for selling and going out of your way to create a memorable experience for customers
• Interest in learning more about coffee and sharing that knowledge with customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
• Full availability for open and closing shifts, weekends, and holiday peak hours through January 2027 required

Pay

$21.00 per hour. Bonus eligibility: No. The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.

Schedule

Part-time, up to 19 hours per week. Seasonal role now through March. Full availability for open and closing shifts, weekends, and holiday peak hours through January 2027 required.
