Role: Seasonal Sales Associate specializing in late shifts, primarily working from 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM, with opportunities for daytime hours. Responsibilities Engage with customers through genuine interactions, delivering personalized service and sharing product knowledge to enhance their experience.Drive sales by maintaining a consumer-centric approach and utilizing available tools to meet individual and team goals.Support visual merchandising, product replenishment, and uphold brand presentation standards.Perform cashier duties, assist with loss prevention, and maintain a clean, organized store environment.Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and demonstrate inclusive behavior respecting diverse backgrounds. Qualifications & Skills 0–1 year of relevant experience; High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.Strong communication skills, ability to engage with diverse customers, and team collaboration.Customer service experience preferred; retail experience a plus.Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in basic retail systems.Physical ability to stand, move, and perform tasks such as bending, reaching, and lifting.
