Seasonal Sales Associate - Las Vegas

About the role

Tecovas is passionate about offering an incredible customer experience for first‑time boot buyers and western enthusiasts alike. As a Seasonal Sales Associate you will support the store leadership team by cultivating a store environment that delivers unmatched customer service. You will be responsible for greeting customers, selling, product knowledge, cash wrap, restocking, and overall shop‑keeping, especially during periods of high volume.

Responsibilities

• Support a sales‑driven environment of genuine customer experience and demonstrate extraordinary service standards.
• Assist the store team with receiving shipments and preparing product for floor placement.
• Plan, track, and communicate all in‑transit shipment information to the leadership team.
• Perform customizations for customers after hands‑on training.
• Maintain an efficient and well‑organized stockroom ensuring accessibility to employees.
• Assist in and/or lead the restock process to continually maintain store stock levels.
• Demonstrate loss‑prevention awareness by assisting in cycle counts and transfers.
• Participate in ongoing staff education and share product knowledge.
• Assist in the maintenance of the building facilities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, reach overhead, bend, squat, and kneel while organizing and stocking inventory.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lb regularly.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), evenings, and holidays as needed.

Pay

Hourly rate ranges from $15 to $17, with actual compensation based on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.

Schedule

This is a temporary, part‑time role expected to start in late September 2026 and run through early January 2027. Flexible scheduling is required, including extended holiday hours (early mornings, weekends, evenings) and key holiday periods: the week of Thanksgiving (including the Friday after Thanksgiving), the week of Christmas (including the day after Christmas), and the week between Christmas and New Years (including New Years Day).
