About The Role Vivienne Westwood is one of the most iconic British fashion brands, with a strong commitment to its people and the environment. We are currently looking for a Seasonal Sales Associate to join the Retail Team in our LA store location on a seasonal part-time basis. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience during our busiest trading period. You will support both sales floor and stockroom operations, helping to drive sales, maintain store standards, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the boutique. Key Responsibilities Providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable shopping experienceBuilding strong relationships with clients and developing product knowledge across all categoriesAchieving individual and store sales targetsSupporting the team during peak trading periodsAssisting with stock replenishment and maintaining product availability on the shop floorReceiving, processing, and organising stock deliveriesSupporting stock transfers, returns, and inventory movementsMaintaining high standards of housekeeping throughout the store and stockroomAssisting with visual merchandising and window displays as directedProcessing transactions accurately through the POS systemSupporting store events, launches, and promotional activitiesFollowing all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelinesActing as a positive ambassador for the Vivienne Westwood brand at all times What We Are Looking For Previous retail or customer service experience preferredPassion for luxury fashion and the Vivienne Westwood brandStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive and positive attitudeAbility to work effectively as part of a teamStrong organisational skills and attention to detailFlexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holiday trading periodsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities (Please note this is not an exhaustive list of duties and you may be required to perform additional duties to fulfil the requirements of the role) Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis, so we recommend applying early to avoid missing out.
