About the role

This is a temporary seasonal role as a Seasonal Sales Associate at Cotton On. As a Brand Ambassador, you will create memorable and fun experiences for customers, live the Cotton On values, and collaborate to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable and fun experiences for every customer
• Leverage the Cotton On values to make a positive impact on communities worldwide
• Maintain a fresh and inviting store by merchandising and replenishing
• Collaborate with your team to achieve goals and celebrate wins

Requirements

• Experience in Retail, preferably in fast fashion
• Demonstrated knowledge/ability of collaboration to drive results as a team
• Demonstrated awareness and understanding of basic Retail principles
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Solid communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply

Qualifications

• Physical requirements: Move around the store, lift/carry up to 50 pounds, squat/kneel, use ladders/stools

Skills

• Experience in Retail, preferably fast fashion

• Basic Retail principles: sales, stock, service delivery
