About the role

This is a temporary seasonal role as a Seasonal Sales Associate at Cotton On. As a Brand Ambassador, you will create memorable and fun experiences for customers, live the Cotton On values, and collaborate with your team to achieve goals.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, preferably in fast fashion
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive results as a team
• Knowledge of basic retail principles such as sales, stock, and service delivery
• Able to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16/18 years of age to apply
• Physical requirements include moving around the store, lifting up to 50 pounds, squatting/kneeling, and using ladders safely
