Responsibilities

• Create a fresh and inviting store environment by merchandising and replenishing with care.
• Collaborate with your team to achieve store goals and celebrate successes together.
• Work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Communicate effectively, provide excellent customer service, and solve problems quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Experience in Retail, preferably in fast fashion.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive results as a team member.
• Knowledge and understanding of basic Retail principles like sales, stock, and service delivery.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
• At least 18 years old to apply.

Qualifications

• Must have the physical ability to move around the store throughout the shift/workday.
• Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Able to squat, kneel, and use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform safely.

Skills

• Experience in Retail, preferably in fast fashion.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Basic Retail knowledge and experience.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Pay

$16.00 per hour for a part-time hourly paid position.
