Seasonal Sales Associate - Charlotte Premium Outlets
About the role
Marc Jacobs International seeks Temporary Sales Associates for the Charlotte Premium Outlets store in Charlotte, NC for the 2026 Holiday Season (November through January). Candidates must be available to work a minimum of two weekdays per week and have open availability on one weekend day.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed personal sales goals
- Demonstrate complete knowledge of merchandise features and benefits to maximize sales opportunities
- Develop client relationships beyond the initial transaction
- Maintain housekeeping and visual standards of the store
- Follow all store operational policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Prior retail experience
- Excellent organization skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Pay
The rate of pay is $16.50–$17.50 per hour for this position.
