Seasonal Sales Associate

About the role

As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and maintain store organization. You will work both the front and back of the store, handle point-of-sale transactions, and promote customer loyalty through education on rewards programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from greeting to checkout
• Assist customers by recommending apparel and footwear
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels
• Support omni-channel requests and digital experiences
• Work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
• Promote loyalty programs and self-development
• Perform scheduled hours and other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum age 16 or 18 (California)
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs. and maneuver around the store
• Strong communication skills and comfort with technology
• Flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends
• Ability to stand, bend, squat, reach, and climb with or without accommodation

Pay

Compensation ranges from $16.75 to $18.83 USD.
