Deliver the Tillys Experience to our Customers during one of the busiest times of the year. A people person with a talent for making friends with perfect strangers, someone who loves shopping and the Tillys lifestyle, and is ready to combine those traits to create a unique and engaging Customer Experience in a sales-focused, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure their shopping experience is memorable.
• Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and preferences.
• Manage inventory and stock shelves as needed.
• Handle returns and exchanges according to store policy.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Basic computer skills, including cash register operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.

Pay
