Job Summary

You will deliver the Tillys Experience to our Customers. Key responsibilities include making friends with perfect strangers, having a passion for shopping and the Tillys lifestyle, and creating an engaging Customer Experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure their shopping experience is memorable.
• Help customers find products that meet their needs and preferences.
• Present products effectively and answer questions about styles, sizes, and features.
• Ensure store cleanliness and organize merchandise for optimal customer flow.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies and share insights.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• A passion for shopping and the Tillys brand.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
