Seasonal Sales Associate

Overview

As a Sales Associate at Tillys, you will deliver the Tillys Experience to customers, combining a talent for making friends with perfect strangers and a passion for shopping and the Tillys lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and create memorable experiences.
• Help customers find products that align with their style and needs.
• Ensure all transactions are accurate and handled efficiently.
• Participate in team meetings to stay updated on store promotions and new arrivals.
• Support the overall sales goals of the store.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
