Job Summary
As a Sales Associate, you will deliver the Tillys Experience to customers. Key responsibilities include interacting with customers, showcasing products, and creating an engaging shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to provide excellent service and ensure their shopping experience is enjoyable.
- Showcase products effectively to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere in the store.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- A friendly and outgoing personality.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Qualifications

- Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
