Job Summary

As a Sales Associate, you will deliver the Tillys Experience to customers. Key responsibilities include interacting with customers, showcasing products, and creating an engaging shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to provide excellent service and ensure their shopping experience is enjoyable.
• Showcase products effectively to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere in the store.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• A friendly and outgoing personality.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred but not required.

Pay
