Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will deliver the Tillys Experience to customers. Key responsibilities include making friends with perfect strangers, having a passion for shopping and the Tillys lifestyle, and creating an engaging customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure their shopping experience is memorable.
• Help customers find products that meet their needs and preferences.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and inventory levels are maintained.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss product knowledge, customer feedback, and sales strategies.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
