Overview

As a Sales Associate at Tillys, you will deliver the Tillys Experience to customers. Key responsibilities include making friends with perfect strangers, having a passion for shopping and the Tillys lifestyle, and creating an engaging customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and enhance their shopping experience.
  • Help customers find products that meet their needs and preferences.
  • Ensure all merchandise is displayed attractively and product information is accurate.
  • Handle returns and exchanges efficiently.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new products and company initiatives.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • A passion for shopping and the Tillys brand.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
