Overview
As a Sales Associate, you will deliver the Tillys Experience to customers. Key responsibilities include making friends with perfect strangers, having a passion for shopping and the Tillys lifestyle, and creating an engaging customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure their satisfaction
- Help customers find products that meet their needs and preferences
- Present products effectively and answer questions about features and benefits
- Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and organized
- Handle returns and exchanges in a professional manner
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail or customer service is a plus
