Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will deliver the Tillys Experience to customers. Key responsibilities include making friends with perfect strangers, having a passion for shopping and the Tillys lifestyle, and creating an engaging customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure their satisfaction
  • Help customers find products that meet their needs and preferences
  • Present products effectively and answer questions about features and benefits
  • Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and organized
  • Handle returns and exchanges in a professional manner
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in retail or customer service is a plus
