About the role

Deliver the Tillys Experience to our Customers during one of the busiest times of the year. A people person with a talent for making friends with perfect strangers, someone who loves shopping and the Tillys lifestyle, and ready to combine these traits to create a unique and engaging Customer Experience in a sales-focused, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
• Help customers find products that meet their needs and preferences
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
• Follow store policies and procedures
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills (e.g., using a mouse, keyboard, and basic software)
• High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Knowledge of fashion trends and styles
