Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service
• Help customers find products that meet their needs
• Ensure customer satisfaction through friendly and helpful interactions
• Participate in special events and promotions to enhance the shopping experience

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the Tillys brand
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills (e.g., using point-of-sale systems)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred but not required
