About the role

You will be responsible for delivering the Tillys Experience to our Customers during one of the busiest times of the year. You should have a talent for making friends with perfect strangers and a love for shopping and the Tillys lifestyle. You are ready to combine these traits to create a unique and engaging Customer Experience in a sales-focused, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure their shopping experience is memorable.
• Help customers find products that meet their needs and preferences.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations based on their style and budget.
• Handle returns and exchanges in a professional manner.
• Follow store policies and procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new things.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
