As a Sales Associate at Tillys, you will deliver the Tillys Experience to customers. Key responsibilities include making friends with perfect strangers, showcasing the Tillys lifestyle, and creating an engaging customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and enhance their shopping experience
• Help customers find products that meet their needs and preferences
• Ensure all merchandise is displayed attractively and accurately
• Handle returns and exchanges in a professional manner
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products and company policies

Requirements

Qualifications

Pay
