Seasonal Sales Associate

Overview

As a Sales Associate at Tillys, you will deliver the Tillys Experience to customers. We are looking for someone who is friendly, passionate about shopping, and eager to create an engaging customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and help them find products they love.
• Help customers navigate the store and answer questions about products and services.
• Ensure that all customers feel valued and supported throughout their visit.
• Participate in special events and promotions to enhance the shopping experience.

Requirements

• A positive attitude and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
• An interest in fashion and a willingness to learn about new products.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
