Deliver the Tillys Experience to our Customers during one of the busiest times of the year. A talent for making friends with perfect strangers and a love for shopping and the Tillys lifestyle are required.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
- Help customers find products that meet their needs
- Provide excellent customer service
- Ensure store appearance is neat and tidy
- Follow all company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- High school diploma or equivalent
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Customer service background preferred
