Seasonal Sales Associate

About the Role

Nati Boutique is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Associates to join our team for the holiday season! This temporary position is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will help create a warm, welcoming shopping experience for our guests, while maintaining our brand's standards and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive service to customers, assisting with product selection and styling.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise is stocked, neatly displayed, and organized.
• Assist with sales transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
• Support inventory management, including receiving and processing new shipments.

Qualifications

• Full availability throughout the holiday season, including weekends.
• Must be available to work during Thanksgiving week and weekend, as well as throughout the Christmas and New Year’s holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fashion and a desire to create a positive shopping experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Prior retail experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay

$18 per hour

Duration: 90 Days (November - January) Possible extension based on performance
