Seasonal Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage customers to return. They'll be impressed by your product knowledge, customer experience skills, and use of the Force
• Cover the sales floor zone and ensure that assigned areas are up to visual standards
• Work the register — use your fandom knowledge to process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using additional benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix
• Communicate fashion and music trend information to management and respective HQ partners
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and ensure asset protection
• Support the maintenance of the stock room and store tidiness
• Collaborate and communicate effectively as part of a team
• Perform any other activities as assigned by your Store Leader

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a retail environment
• Passion for music and pop culture
• Strong customer service and selling skills
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise product using approved equipment, and pack/unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds (with or without reasonable accommodation)

Pay range starts as listed in the job posting; final salary is determined by factors such as education, location, meeting minimum job requirements, training, and experience.
