Seasonal Sales Associate

About the role

Join the loudest store in the mall as a Seasonal Sales Associate! You'll help create the best experience for customers by providing top-notch service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and merchandising products, and ensuring the store looks visually appealing—all while focusing on an amazing in-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return, leveraging your product knowledge and customer service skills
• Cover the sales floor zone and maintain assigned areas to visual standards
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram changes, including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix updates
• Share fashion and music trend information with management and HQ partners
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and ensure store security
• Maintain the stock room organization and keep the store tidy
• Collaborate and communicate effectively as part of a team
• Perform any other activities assigned by your Store Leader

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a retail environment
• Passion for music and pop culture
• Strong customer service and selling skills
• At least 16 years of age
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Able to navigate the store, merchandise products using approved equipment, and handle boxes of merch weighing up to 50 pounds (with or without reasonable accommodation)
