Seasonal Sales Associate

About the role

A 120-day seasonal assignment as a Sales Associate, responsible for delivering customer service, driving sales, and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist every customer, answer questions, and help locate products.
• Answer incoming phone calls and maintain constant radio communication with associates.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Coastal Farm products, promotions, and merchandising.
• Assist with floor moves, display maintenance, store housekeeping, and merchandising.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks (e.g., vacuuming, trash replacement, sweeping).
• Support other departments as needed and complete additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to rapidly changing work environments.
• Basic computer and email proficiency.
• Familiarity with standard retail concepts and practices (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail.
