Seasonal Sales Associate

About the role

Seasonal Sales Associate for a 120-day assignment, responsible for maintaining customer service, generating sales, and supporting store operations in preparation for location closure.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist every customer, answer questions, and help locate products.
• Answer incoming phone calls and maintain constant radio communication with associates.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Coastal Farm products, promotions, and merchandising.
• Assist with floor moves, display maintenance, store housekeeping, and merchandising.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks (vacuuming, trash replacement, sweeping).
• Support other departments as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to rapidly changing work environments.
• Familiarity with computer systems and email.
• Knowledge of standard retail concepts and practices (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail.
