What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage customers to return.
• Be impressively knowledgeable about products and skilled in customer experiences.
• Use your knowledge to drive add-on sales through benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Aid in planogram changes, including updating store maps, fixtures, and merchandising mixes.
• Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners.
• Collaborate with Store Management to prevent misuse of spells and theft.
• Help maintain the store’s stock room and tidiness.
• Communicate effectively as part of a team to complete tasks.
• Perform any other activities assigned by your Store Leader.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• Passion for philanthropy and pop culture.
• Superior customer service and selling skills.
• Age 16 or older to join the fandom force.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, use store equipment, and handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
