Seasonal Sales Associate
About the role
We're seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate who is passionate about pop culture and ready to provide exceptional customer service. This role involves leading our brand's mission of creating the best shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return
- Use product knowledge to process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
- Work the sales floor and ensure assigned areas meet visual standards
- Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix
- Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners
- Support the maintenance of the store and stock room
- Collaborate with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of store resources
- Perform other tasks as assigned by your Store Leader
Requirements
- Previous retail experience
- Passion for pop culture and philanthropy
- Excellent customer service and selling skills
- Age 16 or older
- Ability to navigate the store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds

Pay
