Seasonal Sales Associate

About the role

We're looking for a Seasonal Sales Associate who is passionate about pop culture and ready to provide exceptional customer service. This role involves leading our brand's mission of creating the best shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return
• Use product knowledge to drive add-on sales through BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Work the sales floor and ensure assigned areas are visually appealing
• Assist with planogram changes, including updating store maps, walls, fixtures, and merchandising mixes
• Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners
• Work with Store Management to prevent misuse of store resources and theft
• Help maintain the store by keeping the stock room organized and the store tidy
• Support team efforts to get the job done

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail environment
• Passion for philanthropy and pop culture
• Superpowers in providing customer service and selling
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• At least 16 years old
• Able to navigate the store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
