About the role
We're seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate who shares our passion for pop culture and is ready to make a difference by providing exceptional customer service and helping our community thrive.
Responsibilities
- Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages repeat business
- Ensure sales floor zones are up to visual standards
- Work the register to process sales and drive add-on sales
- Avoid misuse of spells and theft within the store
- Help maintain the store and stock room
- Communicate fashion trends and collaborate with management
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Store Leaders
Requirements
- Previous retail experience
- Passion for pop culture and philanthropy
- Excellent customer service and selling skills
- At least 16 years old
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Qualifications
Ability to navigate the store, use approved store equipment, and handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
