Responsibilities
- Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages repeat business.
- Ensure assigned areas are visually appealing and meet store standards.
- Work the register to process sales and drive add-on sales through promotions like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
- Assist with planogram changes, including updating store maps, walls, fixtures, and merchandising mixes.
- Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners.
- Collaborate with Store Management to prevent misuse of store resources and maintain a safe environment.
- Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.
- Support team efforts to achieve store goals.
Requirements
- Previous retail experience.
- Passion for pop culture and philanthropy.
- Excellent customer service and selling skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- At least 16 years old.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
