We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if real content. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content. From posting: There's an introductory paragraph about company purpose etc. Could be "About the role" or maybe not. The instruction: Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. We need to preserve all substantive information, remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions). Also remove "Explore our benefits site..."? That's a benefits mention but not specific benefits; we should not create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It says "Explore our benefits site to discover all the perks and support we offer! From health coverage to financial and personal wellness, we've got you covered—check it out today! benefits.fivebelow.com/public/welcome". That's generic; not specific benefits. So we should not create Benefits section. Pay: "Position Type Hourly Position Starting At $11.00". That's pay info. So we can create Pay section with that. Schedule: "Available to work a flexible schedule" etc. Also "Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel (as required)". So schedule info present. So we can create Schedule section. Qualifications: There's a Qualifications section with bullet list: At least 16 years old, Available to work a flexible schedule, Comfortable with or willing to learn technology..., Good communicator..., Able to handle..., Use basic information-gathering..., Ability to learn procedural knowledge... That's qualifications. Responsibilities: There's a Responsibilities section with bullet list. Skills: Not explicitly listed; maybe we could combine some skills under Qualifications or Responsibilities. But we should only create Skills section if posting has real specific content for it. There's no separate skills list. So omit Skills. About the role: The introductory paragraph about company purpose and role description could be considered "About the role". It contains substantive info: description of role, purpose, etc. So we can create About the role section with that paragraph(s). Need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO etc. Also remove "This job description is not all-inclusive..." maybe keep? It's part of responsibilities? It's a disclaimer; might be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO but it's a generic statement. Might be okay to keep as part of responsibilities? It says "This job description is not all-inclusive. Additional responsibilities will be determined by the Store Manager, as dictated by store needs." That's substantive about responsibilities. Keep. Also need to remove duplicated lines, application instructions, scam warning, EEO, etc. Also remove "Five Below is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. Also remove "BE AWARE OF FRAUD!" etc. Also remove link to benefits site? Already removed. We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences. Structure: maybe:

About the role

...

Responsibilities

  • ...
  • ...

Qualifications

  • ...

Pay

Position Type: Hourly. Starting pay: $11.00 per hour.

Schedule

Flexible schedule required, including days, evenings, weekends, possible overnight shifts and travel as needed.

We need to preserve all substantive information: The responsibilities list includes many items; we need to keep them exactly as given but maybe rephrase? Must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep each responsibility bullet as is, maybe slightly trimmed but not lose meaning. Let's extract responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers promptly: Approach and acknowledge customers immediately, providing assistance and handling multiple customers efficiently. - Understand and meet customer needs: Assess customer needs by sharing product knowledge, answering questions, directing them to merchandise, and offering recommendations. - Engage in suggestive selling while staying informed on product availability. - Promote store events and promotions: Inform customers about current store events, promotions, and special activities to enhance their shopping experience and drive sales. - Resolve customer concerns: Address customer issues and use product knowledge to offer alternative solutions, aiming to turn returns into exchanges when possible. - Communicate needs to management: Regularly inform management about merchandise restocking, service requirements, and any customer feedback in a timely manner. - Support team and company goals: Collaborate with the team to achieve overall store and company objectives, contributing to a positive and productive work environment. Also the line "This job description is not all-inclusive. Additional responsibilities will be determined by the Store Manager, as dictated by store needs." Could be included as a paragraph after list. Qualifications list: - At least 16 years old - Available to work a flexible schedule - Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, cash registers, hand-held and mobile devices) - Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers - Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues/concerns courteously and professionally - Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems - Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job training Also there is "Essential Job Functions" list after qualifications. That seems like more detailed requirements; could be considered part of Qualifications or maybe a separate section like Requirements. The instruction says we can use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We have Qualifications already; we could put Essential Job Functions under Requirements or maybe under Qualifications as well. But we need to decide: The posting has a section "Essential Job Functions". That's substantive. We could create a Requirements section for that. However we must not create thin sections; but this is substantive list. We already have Qualifications; we could add Requirements for Essential Job Functions. Or we could merge them into Qualifications. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Qualifications and Essential Job Functions into one Qualifications section, but that would be long but okay. However we need to preserve all info; merging is fine as long as we keep all bullets. But we also have "Ability to work a flexible schedule" appears both in Qualifications and Schedule; that's okay. We also have "Must be able to remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time" etc. That's part of Essential Job Functions. Thus we can create a Qualifications section that includes both the qualifications list and essential job functions list. Or we could have two sections: Qualifications and Requirements. But to avoid many thin sections, maybe combine. But we need to follow instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose which headings to use. Using both Qualifications and Requirements might be okay if both have substantive content. However we risk thin sections if we split. But each list is fairly substantial. Let's decide: We'll have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (including the initial qualifications list), Requirements (Essential Job Functions), Pay, Schedule. That's 6 sections. Might be okay. But we need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now we need to strip boilerplate: Remove EEO, fraud warning, benefits site link, application instructions (maybe "Explore our benefits site..." is not application instruction but it's a benefits mention; we removed benefits section). Also remove "Five Below is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. Also remove "Position Type Hourly Position Starting At $11.00" we kept in Pay. Also remove "crewservices.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new" etc. Also remove "fivebelow.com/info/careers". Also remove "BE AWARE OF FRAUD!" etc. Now craft HTML. We need to ensure we use proper escaping for any special characters like &, <, >. The text includes "&" in "Five Below". That's fine as is. Also "hand-held". That's fine. We'll output:
