We need to output only HTML fragment, no html/body tags, no markdown fences. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Include only sections with real specific content. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, scam warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Keep substantive info. We need to parse the posting. First paragraph: "At Five Below our growth is a result of the people who embrace our purpose: We know life is way better when you are free to Let Go & Have Fun in an amazing experience, filled with unlimited possibilities, priced so low, you can always say yes to the newest, coolest stuff! Just ask any of our over 20,000 associates who work at Five Below and they’ll tell you there’s no other place like it. It all starts with our purpose and then, The Five Below Way, which is our values and behaviors that each and every associate believes in. It’s all about culture at Five Below, making this a place that can inspire you as much as you inspire us with big ideas, super energy, passion, and the ability to make the workplace a WOWplace! If you want to be at the heart of Five Below's energy, our part-time Seasonal Sales Associates are right in the center of the action. We're looking for candidates with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service while driving strong sales. Key qualities include excellent people and sales skills, attention to detail in keeping merchandise organized, ensuring the floor is always well-stocked, and providing seamless checkout experiences at the register. As the position indicates, the role is temporary and is for our busy holiday season – October through January." That's about the role. Could be "About the role" section. Then "Responsibilities" heading with list of duties. Then "Qualifications" heading with list. Then "Essential Job Functions" maybe could be considered "Requirements" or "Skills"? The instructions: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can map "Essential Job Functions" to either Requirements or Skills. Probably "Requirements" for physical requirements. Or "Skills" for abilities. We'll decide. We have "Qualifications" list: At least 16 years old, Available to work a flexible schedule, Comfortable with or willing to learn technology..., Good communicator..., Able to handle customer interactions..., Use basic information-gathering skills..., Ability to learn procedural knowledge... Then "Essential Job Functions" list: Frequently operates cash register..., Frequently move merchandise..., Frequently ascend/descend ladders..., Frequently position self to kneel..., Frequently communicate..., Must be able to exchange accurate information..., Ability to work a flexible schedule..., Must be able to identify and discern email and print instructions..., Must be able to remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time. We also have benefits: "Explore our benefits site to discover all the perks and support we offer! From health coverage to financial and personal wellness, we've got you covered—check it out today! benefits.fivebelow.com/public/welcome". That's a benefits mention but no specifics. The instruction: never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It states benefits exist but no detail. Should we include Benefits? It says "Explore our benefits site..." but no specific benefits listed. The rule: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Here they mention benefits but not specifics; it's vague. Likely we should not create a Benefits section because no specific benefits are listed. Similarly Pay: "Position Type Hourly Position Starting At $11.00". That's pay info. So we should include Pay section with that detail. Schedule: They mention flexible schedule, day, evening, weekends, may include overnight shifts and travel. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, fraud warning, etc. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's craft sections:

About the role

At Five Below our growth is a result of the people who embrace our purpose: We know life is way better when you are free to Let Go & Have Fun in an amazing experience, filled with unlimited possibilities, priced so low, you can always say yes to the newest, coolest stuff! As the position indicates, the role is temporary and is for our busy holiday season – October through January.

  • Communicate needs to management: Regularly inform management about merchandise restocking, service requirements, and any customer feedback in a timely manner.
  • Support team and company goals: Collaborate with the team to achieve overall store and company objectives, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

  • At least 16 years old
  • Available to work a flexible schedule
  • Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, cash registers, hand-held and mobile devices)
  • Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers
  • Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues/concerns courteously and professionally
  • Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems
  • Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on‑the‑job training
We could also have a "Requirements" or "Skills" section for Essential Job Functions. Let's decide: The Essential Job Functions list includes physical demands and abilities. Could be placed under "Requirements". Or "Skills". The instruction list includes Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We already have Qualifications. We could put Essential Job Functions under "Requirements". Let's do that.

Requirements

  • Frequently operates cash register, computer, hand‑held, phone, walkie, and mobile devices
  • Frequently move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs and places/removes merchandise up to a height of 5‑10 feet
  • Frequently ascend/descend ladders in order to retrieve and put away stock
  • Frequently position self to kneel, bend, twist, and stoop, including in the stock room and on the sales floor
  • Frequently communicate and exchange information with customers on the telephone and face‑to‑face in the store, as well as with managers and coworkers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
  • Frequently move across the sales floor assisting customers, as well as to and from the stock room retrieving and putting away merchandise

  • Must be able to identify and discern email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time
Now Pay section: "Position Type Hourly Position Starting At $11.00". We'll put that.

Pay

Hourly position starting at $11.00

Schedule section: We have schedule info already in Requirements but we could also extract schedule specifics: "Available to work a flexible schedule", "Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel (as required)". We'll put schedule details.

Schedule

Flexible schedule required; may include day, evening, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as needed.

We should not duplicate content; but we already have schedule in Requirements. Might be okay to have both but could be considered duplication. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplication is not prohibited but we should avoid unnecessary duplication. However schedule info is also in Requirements; we could keep schedule section and maybe remove from Requirements? But Requirements includes physical demands; schedule is not a physical demand but a requirement. Could keep schedule separate and keep Requirements focusing on physical/technical demands. Let's adjust Requirements to exclude schedule lines. We'll keep schedule lines only in Schedule section. Thus Requirements list will be: - Frequently operates cash register, computer, hand‑held, phone, walkie, and mobile devices - Frequently move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs and places/removes merchandise up to a height of 5‑10 feet - Frequently ascend/descend ladders in order to retrieve and put away stock - Frequently position self to kneel, bend, twist, and stoop, including in the stock room and on the sales floor - Frequently communicate and exchange information with customers on the telephone and face‑to‑face in the store, as well as with managers and coworkers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations - Frequently move across the sales floor assisting customers, as well as to and from the stock room retrieving and putting away merchandise - Must be able to identify and discern email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures - Must be able to remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time Now Schedule section:

Schedule

Available to work a flexible schedule; may include day, evening, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as required.

Now Benefits: we decided not to include because no specifics. Now ensure we didn't include boilerplate: removed EEO, fraud warning, etc. Check for any leftover boilerplate like "This job description is not all-inclusive. Additional responsibilities will be determined by the Store Manager, as dictated by store needs." That's part of responsibilities? It's a note. Should we keep? It's substantive? It's a disclaimer about responsibilities not all-inclusive. Might be considered boilerplate but it's part of the job description. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This line is not exactly legal boilerplate; it
