Seasonal Sales Assistant (4hr) - Chester

About the role

Dr.Martens is looking for flexible part-time Sales Assistants to join our team at our Chester store during the busy Christmas period. The role involves 4 hours a week and is ideal for those passionate about Dr.Martens who can bring energy and enthusiasm to the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customers find what they need and leave with a positive experience.
• Drive sales and meet sales targets to help the store achieve its overall goals during the festive season.
• Efficiently handle transactions at the till in accordance with operating procedures.
• Follow operating procedures, including handling deliveries and ensuring timely replenishment.
• Show empathy, work well within a team, and provide support as needed.
• Infuse your unique personality into the customer experience to create an outstanding shopping experience.

Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, preferably within a fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brand.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle busy periods with resilience.
• Strong grasp of customer service and ability to connect with different customers.
• Professional, authentic, and fearless approach to customer interactions.
• Flexibility in availability to cover varying shifts during the busy period.
