Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity.
• Identify customer needs and answer product-related questions.
• Be able to respond to queries on product's price, features, and benefits.
• Maximise every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sales targets and KPI indicators.
• Take every opportunity to capture customer data in order to expand TWC database and encourage customer loyalty.
• Work positively with colleagues, supporting the team during this busy period.
• Take pride in representing The White Company values and behaviors.

Requirements

This role is suitable for individuals who share our obsession with providing our customers with a fantastic shopping experience and want to deliver a magical Christmas in their local store.

Qualifications

No formal qualifications are required, but you must be enthusiastic, friendly, and have a passion for customer service and retail.

Schedule

Shift patterns vary by location, and you can check the opening hours of your preferred store when applying. We will always schedule shifts in line with legal working-time requirements, including those for young workers.
