Seasonal RN Program - ICU/CCU

This position is a temporary seasonal position, full-time non-benefited with a commitment duration of 5 months from date of hire. It starts on September 14, 2026, and ends 5 months later.
The position requires 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in Critical Care, or successful completion of a KP-approved Critical Care course within prior 12 months. A Registered Nurse License (California) is also required.
The position is non-benefited, temporary, and may be cancelled up to five times during the temporary obligation. Participants are guaranteed one major holiday off during the assignment and are obligated to work all others, if needed. If interested in regular employment, participants are encouraged to express interest 6-8 weeks prior to the end of the assignment.
RNs must be UNAC/UHCP or SEIU Local 121 union dues paying members. The initiation fee will be waived. The position is non-benefited, temporary, and may be floated to other related MST departments. Work will be performed in unincorporated LA County, and the employer provides the following statement in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance.
