Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license from Arkansas or a Compact State required.
- Associate's Degree or equivalent nursing diploma preferred.
- One year of nursing experience required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing recommended.

- Competent understanding and application of the AC Model of Patient and Family-Centered Care.
- Safe and effective nursing care at a competent level.
- Compliance with policies, procedures, professional practice standards, state practice act/rules and regulations.
- Competent technical and procedural nursing skills.
