Seasonal Retail Stylist

Position Overview

As a part-time Seasonal Stylist, you will help bring our brand to life during peak seasons. Your goal is to provide exceptional service to every guest, making a difference in their day. You will represent the Kendra Scott culture uniquely and positively.

Responsibilities

• You are Customer Obsessed: Passionate about building relationships and understanding the long-term impact on the brand.
• You Drive Results: Set and achieve goals, focusing on guest connections and store performance growth.
• You Instill Trust: Always act ethically and adhere to Kendra Scott policies and procedures.
• You Communicate Effectively: Educate guests on product details and make personalized style recommendations.
• You are Nimble: Adapt to various roles within the sales floor, color bar, events, and operations.
• You Take Action: Prioritize guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly to ensure positive experiences.
• You Collaborate: Support your team in delivering WOW experiences for all guests, both in-store and behind the scenes.

Minimum Requirements

• Age 18 or older
• Able to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Able to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
• Able to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• Loving to interact with people
• High energy and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for Kendra Scott's Core Pillars of Family, Fashion, and Philanthropy
• Passion for fashion and staying updated on trends
• Previous retail experience preferred but not required
