Responsibilities

• You are Customer Obsessed: Passionate about building relationships and understanding the long-term impact on the brand.

• You Instill Trust: Adhere to Kendra Scott policies and procedures, ensuring ethical practices.
• You Communicate Effectively: Educate guests on product details and offer personalized styling advice.
• You are Nimble: Adapt to various roles within the store, including Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events, and Operations.
• You Take Action: Prioritize guest satisfaction and resolve issues to maintain a positive experience.
• You Collaborate: Support your team in delivering exceptional experiences, both in-store and behind the scenes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Able to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Able to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Loving to interact with people!
• High energy and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A passion for Kendra Scott's Core Pillars of Family, Fashion, and Philanthropy.
• A love for fashion and staying updated with current trends.
• Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
