Position Overview

As a part-time Seasonal Stylist, you play a crucial role in bringing our brand to life during special occasions. Your goal is to provide exceptional service and make a difference in guests' days. You represent our unique culture and are passionate about our core values of Family, Fashion, and Philanthropy.

Responsibilities

• You are Customer Obsessed: Building strong relationships and understanding the importance of a customer-centric approach.
• You Drive Results: Setting and achieving goals to grow our brand footprint and store performance.
• You Instill Trust: Adhering to Kendra Scott policies and procedures while doing the right thing.
• You Communicate Effectively: Educating guests on product details and offering personalized styling advice.
• You are Nimble: Flexibly adapting to different roles such as the Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events, and Operations.
• You Take Action: Proactively resolving issues to ensure guests have positive experiences.
• You Collaborate: Supporting your team to deliver WOW experiences for all guests, both in-store and behind the scenes.

Minimum Requirements

• Age 18 or older
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• Loving to interact with people
• High energy and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for fashion and staying updated with trends
• Experience in retail preferred but not required
