Responsibilities

• You are Customer Obsessed: Passionate about building relationships and understanding the long-term impact on the brand.

• You Communicate Effectively: Educate guests on product details and make personalized style suggestions.
• You are Nimble: Adapt to different roles such as Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events, and Operations.
• You Take Action: Prioritize making guests' days better and resolve issues to ensure positive experiences.
• You Collaborate: Support your team in providing exceptional experiences for all guests, both in front of and behind the scenes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Able to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Able to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Loving to interact with people.
• High energy and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A passion for Kendra Scott's Core Pillars of Family, Fashion, and Philanthropy.
• A love for fashion and staying updated on trends.
• Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
