As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be the face of Bath & Body Works — understanding our customers’ needs and helping them find the best products for themselves and others. Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in‑store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at check‑out.
• Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging store by adhering to all safety standards and expectations.
• Maintain our values, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift for extended periods.
• Capable of climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds (with consistent lifting of 10 pounds).
• Thrives in a customer‑first retail environment.
• Demonstrated sales and customer‑experience results in a fast‑paced setting.
• Effective communication skills, openness to feedback, and quick adaptability.
• Ability to de‑escalate store and customer situations effectively.
