Seasonal Retail Sales Associate - Tacoma Mall

About the role

We’re looking for a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for our customers. Your responsibilities include:

• Treating all customers and employees with respect and contributing to a positive work environment.
• Promoting loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Selling products by engaging customers and suggesting items.
• Enhancing the customer experience through all channels.
• Supporting various areas of the store, including the sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wraps, and back of house.
• Maintaining a neat and organized work area.
• Handling customer interactions and returns professionally.
• Executing operational processes effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should:

• Be a good communicator who can interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Have a passion for retail and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Be a problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement and open to feedback.
• Be willing to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
• Able to use retail technology and move around the sales floor, stockroom, and office.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Pay

Hourly Range: $17.15 - $17.50

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. We will meet minimum wage or the minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county, and state requirements.

Schedule

Flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the business, including holiday, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
