Join the team as a Seasonal Sales Associate this holiday and help spread the cheer! As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be the face of Bath & Body Works — understanding our customers’ needs and helping them find the best products for themselves and others. Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at check-out.
• Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.

Requirements

• Constant physical activity including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting.
• Expected to climb ladders, lift, reach, bend, and kneel to obtain products and maintain visual appearance.
• Able to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds.
• Adhere to all safety standards and expectations to provide a safe, clean, and engaging experience.
• Maintain company values, policies, and procedures.
• Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.
